At Nanak Custom Artwork, we strive to deliver high-quality custom products that meet your expectations. Due to the personalized nature of our custom orders, we do not accept returns on custom-made items. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly provide a return or refund.
Exchanges are available only for non-customized, unused products in their original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange by emailing us at contact@nanakartwork.com.
Defective or Damaged Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. To fix the issue please contact us at contact@nanakartwork.com.
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us right away. We’ll give you a full refund if it’s within 24 hours, but after that, a 10% fee applies. Just email us at contact@nanakartwork.com to get it sorted.
